I just ordered my first bag with Barracuda. Initially I ran into some problems with the payment system however when I emailed the support line, I spoke with Paul who helped identify and rectify the issue. Finally, the order has been placed and I look forward to receiving my new bag. The customer service received by Paul was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. It has been a pleasure. I inquired about my order and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate response and going out of the way to have the bag ship before my next trip.
