Don't buy a Barn Owl
Don't buy a Barn Owl. Go to Tactacam or any other option. Their customer service has become terrible, the equipment doesn't last, constant technical issues, support is worthless if you can even get to a real person. Company has gone downhill rapidly in the last few years.

I'm glad you were able to connect with our Support Team Lead, Christina, this morning. As discussed, some of your cameras are now three years past their two-year warranty, and remote country is a tough environment — cellular coverage can shift as carriers upgrade their networks, and a spot that once had strong signal can turn into a tricky one. We know that's frustrating when you're counting on the equipment. The newer camera was fully covered and taken care of under warranty, as it should be, and as a one-time courtesy we went beyond what the warranty covers on the account side.
