Reigate Store
Reigate Store - Spent thousands at this shop, but despite shop staff being polite and nice the company is able to repair or service the items they sell. We spent thousands on an electric armchair, and when the power lead broke they couldn't repair or replace - A whole year has gone by and despite going to their shop many times and wasting soo much time they cant even replace a power lead. Their manager ended up being rude and blaming us, we will never shop their again - we found the same chair online 30% cheaper so we are going to deliver their chair back and buy elsewhere. Online purchase means better service than Barnes and McFadden. Very bad attitude by their manager - not shop staff.
