I’ve been meaning to reach out to Barnaki to change the type of filter I’m receiving automatically and then a Barnaki Ad came up on IG. What? So I went to their IG page which I follow but rarely ever see them there. Asked how to change filter order and voila……it’s done with a short chat back and forth to clarify a few things. I told the person thank you and to have a blessed day and wouldn’t you know it, I get a final reply from Angelica! Thank you for the immediate response and help with my order. I love the Barnaki range hood filter and now I’m going to try the 5-blade fan filters.

Vena went beyond my inquiry by handling details for me that in theory, I could have handled myself. Vena also checked in with me after she took action to let me know what to expect.

Of the kits were coming and I'm so excited to be buying a new version. He also remembered me out of the hundreds of people that you all talk to. He remembered me. That is amazing. Besides Barnakl ceiling filters being amazing... I had accidentally "subscribed" to the product when initially buying and when I saw a notice that the next shipment was coming, I panicked, as I have had some financial strife in the last couple months and was not prepared for this payment. I immediately emailed customer service asking if I could cancel the shipment and cancel the subscription, for the time being. An incredibly warm and speedy response came back and Angelica was so quick to cancel the order and thank me for my business. Communication was bar none, and the understanding and empathy from this team was incredible! I am so appreciative for small businesses such as this and I will be back.... soon!
