Rip off
They told me I only had to pay 800 and some dollars in interest on my $3000 a month loan which I knew was high but I was unable to work due to my neck injury! I borrowed 66,000 and ended up paying them a little less than $110,000! Then I find out later on they were giving kickbacks to my attorneys! After discussing this with a few of my friends they said I should report this to the attorney generals office

We're sorry you feel this way but the statements you made are all false. Baric tried to do their best to help you in your time of need. We took a significant reduction off the balance, so you can net more money. Please know that our company does not provide kickbacks. We would appreciate it if you would retract what you stated as it is not true. If you need to clarify any of your false statements, we are here to discuss it. The only thing that is true is that we did business together in good faith and we took the risk with you. It gave your lawyer time to settle for a higher value.
