Ordered labels... they didn't arrive... I had to call three times before someone sent me a tracking number. The tracking number said the package was delivered but it was not. Called Barcode Hero back to let them know... I was told someone would have to call me back... and they never did.

Claim has two, later change my purchase to refund and take long time to really refund me. Didn’t give me any reasons and didn’t reply to my inquiry.

I purchased a product that showed was in stock on their website and found out 3 weeks later during a follow-up chat session that it was not, without any notification. This delayed our business solution and are now left trying to find another replacement part from another company. Will never use this company again!
