well I was told they would have it here by monday tuesday and I got a email that my money was cancelled

I have not recieved what I ordered as of 10/05/25. I email to inquire and have not heard back from anyone.

Communication is a problem. The website does not have up to date availability and when asking for updates, they cannot provide any. Order from elsewhere.

Two weeks ago from today, I placed an order and paid extra for two day air shipping. As of yesterday I still had not received any shipping confirmation or the order itself and emailed the customer service team and sales team in the morning for a status update. It’s now been about 36 hours since my email and I still have not received an email acknowledging my inquiry or a status update.

My order was confirmed but never shipped and when I inquired after it, my order was refunded without discussion.

They canceled my first license purchase that was due to be delivered within 24 hours. It's been over a week and I still haven't received a response regarding a new order I placed. Be careful with this site. I will contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

We ordered our product on July 1st, and it said it was in stock. We have yet to receive it yet and there has been no communication on when will get it. Order 1525
