Have been a Banks customer since the 90's, recently ordered a Pedal Monster for my 2026 Ram 3.0 Truck and all indications from the web site were the product was in stock. Ordered on Sept 6, as of Sept 11 no communication other than the standard just preparing to ship on the web site. Sent a Text message since you can't call them and they responded with up to 10 more days before the product will ship due to "Warehouse Delays". You would think a super wealthy man like Gale Banks could afford a logistics system that works and a communication system for customers.

Expensive my issue is Post purchase you can't get a human! If you call sales they tell you nobody is in Q in tech support and transfer you yet your on indefinite hold? I'm starting to think it was a big mistake buying from Banks! I finally made contact they are sending something free of charge I hope fixes the issue I'm having. Reviews seem to be 99% only on banks own site. I can't believe I'm the first here to leave a review! They did make it right after a lot of effort to contact someone not in sales is this by design? They sell expensive parts but support is difficult to contact especially if you're running into a install issue , I had to stop what I was doing to search forums and groups over Several days to get answers.
