The product is fake.

I ordered and wanted to return within the time limits. Cartpanda charged me $295. I asked for my refund and was told basically to f off. The product was returned per instructions from my "team" specialist. THIS IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT PURCHASE. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR OWN RULES. Now I'm out the money and worthless product. It doesn't work. beware!!!

Fake product. They try to negotiate giving your money back. Customer service doesn’t even say the company name when answering and I heard roosters in the background . They hung up on me . Don’t purchase ..

This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Every review I read is exactly what happened in my situation. Their product should not be on the market, as it makes you GAIN weight instead of losing. It is harmful to your body, They have no intention of honoring their 60 day money back guarantee after receiving your purchase. They even insist you purchase multiple bottles to make a more profitable sale. Instead they deliberately mislead you and keep offering discounts to keep their horrible product. They even gave me an incorrect address to return my order. They finally let me return the product because I actually had requested a return within the 60 days from purchase. Once they received the returned package they changed their mind and refused to refund claiming I was past the return date. I believe there are a bunch of robots working for this company. Thankfully Emails do not lie!! The request was clearly initiated before the 60 day deadline. Now they have their product back and my $294.00. Be smart, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing good will come out of it. And if you choose to place an order and get scammed, STOP AT NOTHING for a resolution.

After several attempts and email communications I still have not received my refund. I provided the return tracking verification, which was received within the 60 day period, was issued an RMA number which I had to provide back to them for verification. Do not waste your money on a product that doesn’t work and a company that does not abide by their own policies. I was told at one point that the refund would be issued with a 15% discount for shipping and restocking. I paid for the return shipping cost. Did not receive a return label from them. In the next email I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund because they didn’t receive it within the 60 day period. The last day of the 60 day period was January 8, according to the USPS tracking information they received it January 6.

I would give a minus 5 if I could. This is a total scam. I ordered 6 bottles, but was charged and sent 12. I have been dealing with this scam for over 60 days. Saying I would receive 75% back, when that didn't happen, I asked for address to return. They responded for clarification. Then said they said it was outside of their 60 day guarantee. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I had looked for reviews before I invested. There were none and it was given an A-, but now please don't give this company a penny.

GIMMICK with FALSE ADVERTISING !!! I bought 6 bottles. I’m on the 5th bottle. I’m using it as directed. I haven’t changed my diet. I’m the exact same size AND weight l was when l started and still in the same size clothes. DO NOT BUY THIS GIMMICK.

I gained weight! Got a refund.
