I recently bought one as my son who has a weakened immune system and has been so sad with everything going on. We don’t have much $ but thought I’d treat him. He loves trying chapstick. I was lucky enough to ‘spin’ and win a free one! Just had to pay shipping. Wahoo. Got it this weekend and they threw in a free one as well. This make me burst into tears as this was the nicest thing ever. Thank you! When I get some more $ I plan to get the other flavors for him. It’s been a struggle but wanted to say thanks and the kind gesture was very nice!

Wow....all I can say is WOW!!! I’ve been a fan of this company for over a year now, and always knew they were the best, but I had a crazy experience with this chapstick recently. I had to leave my car in Reno for a month this summer, and it has black interiors. When I finally got around to picking it up, I fully expected my MintMilk chapstick to be melted... and was OVERJOYED when I realized it wasn’t!! I have always had incredibly positive experiences with the customer service here, and my lips have never felt more hydrated. I love this company, and don’t see myself buying any other brand any time soon. They’re the balm! 👄💣

There must've been a postal mishap and I did not receive my first package. I emailed them about this issue and the next day they already had a new package in the mail and threw in a couple extras for the inconvenience. I am so pleased with the customer service not to mention that this is the best lip balm I've ever tried!! My lips feel like silk when I use their products. I'm usually not one to go out of the way to order online--I'd rather pick stuff like this up from the store but it is SOOO absolutely worth it to order from this company!
