Never again… Purchased 2 hair brushes and was not happy with the product. Sent back items immediately and still fighting for my refund since the items have been returned with proof of return on July 13th. It’s been a nightmare to say the least. Stay away at all costs. Never in my life I’d think a reputable company would have poor customer service. Even getting a single reply takes 13+ days. It’s a joke of a business and should be closed.
