Read the small (fine) print about when it will actually be delivered. They have you select a delivery date, but written in the small below the delivery date calendar they have "Order will arrive within 2 days of the selected delivery date"...which you do not really see. So when you pick a delivery date, it will show up 2 days AFTER that delivery date. If you pick a Friday, it will show up on Tuesday.

The balloons were deflated and nothing like promised. They packaged the balloons in Colorado (which is at a higher altitude) and the destination was in Portland, OR. Hence, they were deflated.
