The receiver sent me a picture of the box…The box was crushed in places and the balloons did not float out when opened…probably because the box was crushed.

I thought this idea of "Balloons in the Box" was quite unique until I actually saw that two balloons stating Happy Hanukah and Merry Christmas. I did NOT order those two balloons, I ordered different balloons to go with a Get Well Soon bouquet, that I made up for my 9 year old grandson. It was quite embarrassing to see only half my order was correct. If you review my order you will see that I did not order holiday balloons. I gave this a 3 rating because I think "Balloons in the Box" is a unique concept and I may consider placing an order sometime in the future. I hope if and when I do place another order it will be correct.

I specifically picked a date that I wanted to be deliver for a birthday and it got there too early that the balloons displayed it at the time of the birthday

I paid for a recorded voice greeting. The card didn’t include the QR scannable that the recipient could use to listen to it.
