Your website prevented me from placing my order. I called in my order which took forever! Had to spell every word very slowly and some multiple times. I ordered ahead of when I wanted the ballon’s delivered, one order a day late the other one 2 days late. You have a great product but your execution needs a lot of work!!!

The balloons were deflated and didn’t even pop out of the box. So dissatisfying and disappointing

The good news is that my brother enjoyed it. The bad news is that it arrived the day after his birthday and the box was very damaged. The balloons were fine but instead of them all saying Happy Birthday, one of them said congratulations.

This was part of a 40th birthday gift that was suppose to be delivered on 6/18/24. It was ordered in May with plenty of time for it to get there. Instead it was 4 days late and came in when my coworker was off for the day. One of the balloons was rip open so we had to trash it. Plus the string was through the corner of the box which we think caused the ballon to rip! I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!

3 out of 4 balloons were deflated.

The card was not signed. My billing address was not checked by your company. The balloons were sent to me: Suzanna Tatom. Instead of to: Mary Reeder.

Balloons arrived a day after her 40th birthday. The balloons were deflated, one was on the floor. I e-mailed twice and left two voicemails and no one ever returned my call. I want a full refund and received no communication from them.

I ordered birthday box for specific date. They confirmed it and then sent it 3 days earlier....
