Thank you for delivering the balloons on my requested date. The balloons were great for my 2 year old great niece and it was a big hit! I will remember Balloons In The Box for my next important day! Thank you again, Teri

My uncle is in an assisted living facility, and I sent him a balloon bouquet. I live in Florida, and he is in Pennsylvania. I ordered the balloons online, and trusted that they would arrive on time as ordered. To my delight, when I called and spoke to a nurse to follow up, she shared with me that the balloons were attached to his wheelchair for all to see when we moved around the areas. I hope everyone wished him a happy birthday when they saw the balloons. And most importantly, she said when she tied them to his chair, it made him smile! Thank you Balloons in a Box for delivering that smile!

Was well pleased with my order. My brother was very surprised when he opened the box. Will do business with your company again. Thanks

The company followed up with me about the experience and resolved the issue. They were professional and apologized for the mishap. I completely understand that once an item leaves the facility, what happens next is not something they control. I will give them another try.

Everything was perfect, accept you guys delivered it before the actual date, so it doesn't make sense for someone to recieve it before their birthday.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience! We aim to create incredible moments and we appreciate your feedback. We ship with UPS because they are the most accurate with their schedule, but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on the exact date because we don't ship it with our own carrier. Therefore we note on our website that orders arrive within 2 days of the selected delivery date and we do our best to have it delivered on the actual selected delivery date. We hope that helps clarify, thank you very much for the feedback.
