Unfortunately, I sent this to my granddaughter and they didn't open it up for a week :-( The balloons were obviously very flat so a big disappointment for her graduation celebration (but totally our fault!!)

I was disappointed in the balloon box I sent my granddaughter. The company refunded my money and sent an email with the recording we did for her. I must say their customer service is excellent!

My brother was extremely surprised when the balloons came out of the box. Timely delivery and thought the QR code with my voice message was a great feature. Not too costly. Would definitely use Balloons In The Box again in the future!

I didn't noticed at once that you can choose your own bouquet of balloons, which is a very nice option, and the customer service was very receptive, helped me to solve that problem and changed the order in no time)) Plus I could track the whole delivery process. I am always looking for an unusual gift for my mom. She turned 93 this year so I sent her the balloons in a box. I made my sister videotape her reaction and it was priceless. The giggles that came out of her mouth made my day. One of the balloons was deflated and the company gave me a discount. Now that’s excellent service.
