It is my granddaughter's 21st birthday and due to a positive Covid 19 testing we are not able to be with her in person to celebrate her big occasion as we planned. In these days of automation and technology, it is rare to actually be able to speak to a real live human being and this is where my good fortune came in. I recorded a message with the impression that there would be a QR code that she could scan to hear my voice delivering her a birthday message. Although there were technical difficulties with the QR code, Balloons In The Box got it right with fixing the issue. The customer service was prompt with a fair resolution. The customer service representative was professional and polite. I understand that things happen and because of the way they handled the situation, I would definitely use them again.
