The sales person I work with - Cordt Withum - is responsive to my e-mails, flexible with his appointment schedule, has suggestions for me for fabrics and colors when I am shopping for new pants and jackets, and consistently follows up after I received a new item of clothing. The quality of the product has been consistently good (i have been a customer for 3-4 years and typically purchase several jackets and pairs of pants each year).

There is always a sense of care when he provides suggestions from the Balani custom clothing line. Not only is the quality of the clothing top notch but the attention to customers is even more custom!
