I have worked with Balani for well over 30-years and have been very, very satisfied. Starting with Peter Balani, the Balani crew has kept me well-dressed and fashionable through the years. My issues have been minor and are always taken care of cheerfully and immediately. I highly recommend the Balani crew for all of your needs.

Great clothing and customer service, but was taken aback that "return" tailoring would be fee for service going forward because??? Balani is suffering its success?

They seem to have very good quality. I don't buy suits very often and I feel like some of the choices and products could be better explained to make the process of buying a bespoke suit less intimidating.

Great customer service, clothing arrives on time and well fitted. Minimal to no adjustments needed -- will see how the shift wear over time. Stiff collars and cuffs, which is a nice sign that these will wear quite well!
