Wish I could give zero stars!! I bought fog lights on May 19 for 219.00 for my husband’s Harley. It is now aug 8 and I still have yet to receive them! It’s been awful and no one from bagger bags ever calls me back or returns emails. Worst experience with a business - if you can call it that. They are criminals . Now they have disconnected the phone number on their website. I should say that an incredibly rude employee called me today but then hung up when I demanded a refund. After that, the phone number is no longer in service. It’s so frustrating as I really wanted to get this gift for my husband. I teach special education and don’t have a ton of money to spare. Absolute criminals at bagger bags. They are what is wrong with the world! I have never written a bad review about a business - bagger bags is truly awful.

ZERO 0 is what I should be able to rate this company. I run a small motorcycle shop and ordered stretched bags, rear fender and lids with mounting brackets on March 20th, 2019. Was told 4-6 weeks for production, but did not receive my items until June 21st. I called because the brackets were not included in my box. I was asked to take a picture. ????????? How do you take a picture of something you don't have? Their product is TERRIBLE. It's going to take a lot of time on body work. WOW I doubt they will be in business much longer.

IF there was an option for a zero star I would've selected that. I think Beavis and Butthead run this scam. There is no customer service; 10 voicemail messages and 4 emails later I finally got a response that I am stuck with this terrible product- out $600. I think the molds came from a garage or are made in their mom's basement. They get you with a great price but when the product arrives you see that it will cost you more to mock up the parts yourself. You are better off spending the $$ and getting a finished product that is reputable. 10 hours of sanding and painting later I can finally put these pieces on my Street Glide. What is stated as a simple after market project is not the case. IF your not an expert at body work and paint and if you dont have a spare 25 hours to mess with a project- DONT BUY THESE POS PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my batting fairing back in March of 2019 was told it would he to my house before my trip in April 2019 so I paid for everything even added on a few options finally got my tracking number and next thing you know it was never delivered so I called FedEx and got them to admit to losing it in May 2019 it is now July 2019 and Chris from bagger bags finally says they are making me a new product since they won't refund it... Then I ask if I can have it overnight shipping on it and she said she would talk to her manager and id hear back by the end of the day its been a week and now they won't answer or return my phone calls TERRIBLE COMPANY

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a batwing fairing on 6-19-19. On 6-22-19 I sold the Road King it was going on. So, on 6-23-19 I did like the website says to do for refunds and/or cancellations and started sending emails requesting my refund. After numerous emails and trying to call them over a 3 day period, i finally get someone (Chris??) to answer the phone. After explaining who I was and how long I'd been trying to cancel for a refund, she asks why I need to cancel!! My reply....."Like i said, I SOLD THE DAMN BIKE!!" She then tells me that she will forward my messages to her manager because she can't approve it..... This is where it gets better....... 3 hours later, I get a notification that my order has shipped and a tracking number!! This was on Wednesday and the tracking information said it would arrive Friday. I made sure to have FedEx get a signature at time of delivery because after reading all the other complaints I wasn't going to accept the fairing and have it sent back. Fedex claims they left it with my wife and that i signed for it????? My wife has not seen FedEx drop off anything at our house, nor has she or would she sign my name to ANYTHING!!!! And still...... I can't get "Fagger €ags" to respond back to me at all..... At this point, I'd settle to meet these little punks anywhere they choose so we can DISCUSS my refund!!😉😏🤞

I've had a horrible experience this company customer service is a joke, they will not respond to emails or phone calls, I ordered this product in April didn't receive it till June ,the box was opened at delivery,and the unit was not new it is used and worn, wires cut , no Hardware to install to my bike, unit is not finished at all it needs sanding and finishing, I called customer service with no answer or no response I am very disappointed with this company I am out almost $700 and I got nothing but junk, trash someone else's return product... PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...IF YOU DO YOU BE MAD AS HELL TOO!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service I ever had. My order was placed in December 2018 finaly yesterday got it. Very bad. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
