I've borrowed several times so far. Always happy with the timing of delivery and any assistance I've needed from customer service. I like the ease of the website and love the choices and styles of bags they offer!

The transaction went very smoothly. I rented a YSL clutch in black, I got it in the mail very quickly and the bag looked brand new. Beautiful! I got a lot of compliments! I would definitely use them again.

5 starts, from customer service to product! A++

The bag I received was in excellent condition, almost brand new. Packaging was appropriate and bag was shipped on time. Customer service was very friendly and personalized. Would recommend it to anyone a million times over. Not only are the bags newer and from more recent collections (and, in my opinion, more on trend), being a smaller company makes all the difference in the dealings with clients. LOVED IT!
