In all my 67 years I have never had a better customer experience. Ordered the Bad Ass Pizza Cutter classic. and although there were a couple of glitches Jack made the whole thing right. I love the look and feel of the cutter it looks great in the holder and works like a charm HIGHLY recommend

My husband and I recently bought a Bad Ass Pizza Cutter for my dad as a thank you gift and he was in love! We bought the Classic Series with the wood handles and he was so impressed by the quality and can’t wait to use it the next time he makes pizza! Also, the customer service at this company is amazing and we have had a great experience ordering through them. I am excited to order more pizza cutters as gifts this holiday season!

I received this pizza cutter as a gift. It is a beautiful mezzaluna style knife. I have the wood handle and personalized version. I bought five more for Christmas presents. I spoke to customer service after placing the order and was assured they would be delivered on time. All were delivered as promised. The recipients loved their gifts. Thanks Bad Ass Jack! I bought five or six of these to give as gifts and the gift recipients love them! They are well made and the people at the company were easy to work with; they are easy to contact for communication, respond promptly and are very attentive to details as most of these cutters are given as gifts. They even included, at no extra charge, handwritten notes from me. I think these are wonderful people and I will continue to give these as gifts for a long time to come.

Beth, thank you so much for your kind words. You were one of our very first customers and things were a bit rocky then. So glad you're happy. We remember you well and we're always here to help you.
