NO customer service
Absolutely NO way to contact these people. Actually only one customer service representative, Emily. First of all I'm in Pennsylvania so it takes well over a week for me to get an order. Must communicate with email only, which takes literally HOURS to get a response, then you answer back and same thing, HOURS of going through this back and forth to 2 or more Days. NOT as it should be at all. Last message I sent wasn't even responded to. I needed help with placing an order. ??????? MUST be Someone else who has quality products out there with an actual Way to speak with someone. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY for ANYTHING ANYMORE.
