BackuptransReviews of backuptrans.com

Not a good experiece. After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible. So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

I have had a very similar experience to user gkmy. I wouldn't say I struggle with tech but I found the whole process unnecessarily complicated. It took me hours to try and migrate my mum's WhatsApp from her old android to ios and it almost bricked my mum's new iPhone 11. I had to give up at that point but I was obviously not happy. I initially bought the software to use on a PC and recently got a new mac and wanted to use my license key for my new phone too and apparently the licenses are not cross platform compatible so I have completely wasted my money and didn't even get the result I wanted. Customer service was very unhelpful also so I wouldn't recommend this software at all, please look at other alternatives.

The software is very buggy and with a lot of errors.I've asked for a refund and after some days I've received it. Please buy Mobiletrans, it's better!

Had the same issue as gkmy above. Paid for license and followed all instructions accurately for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Now the phone is stuck on a boot loop which I can't get out of! This software has broken my brand new phone!

Worst experience ever, .. . Because of its good reputation I decided to use this Software to transfer my Whatsapp Messages and Media from an Huawei Mate 20 Pro to an iPhone 12 Pro. The local Import from the Android Device wasn't that easy but it worked in the end. But the transfer to iPhone was a Desaster. I followed every step of their instruction online and in their program. Ende up with a brand new and finish set up iPhone 12 Pro in a boot loop, ... Wasn't able to repair it and had to factory reset the iPhone. After it took me almost half an hour to connect the looping iPhone, ... I red some of the reviews here - so I decided to directly open a case with PayPal. Hope I will get my money back. Cannot recommend! EDIT: thx for the answer and the bugfix, ... nearly 2 weeks after my iPhone 12 Pro crashed because of your software. You don't push software, if it's not working, ... just refund my money!
