I just wanted to thank you for the amazing software! I finally managed to transfer my whatsapp messages from my old Android to my new iPhone. I have been searching for a long time for a good software and tried Drfone but it failed so hard even after contacting their support team. If there is one thing I wish to be improved, is to provide a clearer manual and a more modern interface.

Would give 5 stars for functionality, but the instructions on the website aren't great, which led to a lot of confusion till I reached out to them via Facebook. Once you get in touch with customer service, everything clicks into place. Transferred WhatsApp chats from Google Pixel 2 to iPhone 12 Pro.

It is not an easy program if you are not very technical/into computers. But after help from the customers service I managed to get it working and now all my contacts are transferred from android to iPhone. I am very happy with the help I got!

I accidentally purchased the wrong backuptrans Whatsapp software (iphone to android instead of android to iphone) the support team immediately exchanged my key for free! That was really awesome and accommodating! Although it took me a whole day to transfer all my whatsapp chats from android to ios, the software guided me through and offered several proposals for solutions to make the transfer work. In the end I'm really happy with the outcome and to have my whatsapp chats fully on my new iphone.

I usually don't write reviews, but I must admit that product saved me a lot of pain. I bought the full version as I had over 20.000 whatsapp messages which I didn't want to lose. I had to transfer from Android to Iphone via Windows. The program was straight forward, all steps were explained in a very good way. Please makes sure to check out the different guides on their website as well in case you need to troubleshoot anything. I'm quite tech-savvy, so it wasn't an issue for me to find solutions based on the guides, but I think their guides are quite good. Only issue I had was to connect the Iphone to the program. You will need to download the latest version of Itunes and then connect it. After that windows and the program could connect. Also, I had the issue that I didn't have two sim cards, so I couldn't transfer from my Android device directly to the iphone. Don't worry you can download your messages to a local file on your pc and then afterwards transfer it from your PC after you have moved your sim to the Iphone and set up whatsapp on it. All my whatsapp messages are back on the Iphone and I can vouch for it that it works. Best invested £15 in a long time. Update 07/12/20 Quick update, unfortunately it didn't transfer the pictures and videos properly. Picture are blurry unfortunately, but if you save your whatsupp pictures anyway in the cloud then you should have no problem to find them in your google photos or icloud.

I needed a tool to transfer Whatsapp from iphone to android. Noticed their solution. Unfortunately I selected and paid the wrong transfer solutions (SMS/MMS/iMessage). I ordered the correct one afterwards and their tool worked successful. I've asked for a refund on the wrong ordered and paid option and they paid it back the next business day and communicated correctly by mail. Good service and better tool. Thanks !

I fully expected to waste my money buying this but the software worked and I managed to transfer all WhatsApp messages from my old Samsung to an iPhone. I followed their documentation and when I got stuck I got in touch with customer service - they replied quickly and guided me through the process. This in itself is quite long (we’ve got WhatsApp to thank for not making that easier). In any case I was happy with my purchase and relieved I didn’t lose years of messages.

Their software does what it promises, they responded to my technical question by e-mail within 2 hours. I was able to transfer all my WhatsApp messages & media in several steps from my iPhone 6s to Samsung Galaxy S10 plus within 20-25 minutes.
