When I received my magazine the cover was sliced by a razor blade 15 to 20 times front and back. I contacted customer service and got no response. STAY CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

rejected bank debit/credit card removed order from website,unable not to reorder item vdc works as well as vppc ,problem lies with their payment system not taking CA bank issued debit cards I cannot get this particular magazine anywhere else online as it is a not in print item "Good Housekeeping" March 1980 This company sent an email with a with a service ticket102211,pending. It is a shame that American companies such as this refuse to take Canadian VISA Debit cards . I have several hundred dollars in my checking account, but the total that was to pay is $37.83 USD at checkout. when I tried to pay for item card was declined. There should not be a problem with this. Also I called this morning spoke to a Lindsey,we tried running the card through again,came up with invalid card,unable to process payment.Lindsey was very rude and arrogant towards me and so I ended by hanging up the phone ,however there was another invoice through pay pal so I paid for it that way and it went through without a problem. This is the last time I will do business with this book seller. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau(BBB) . I would recommend staying clear of these jokers. If you do use them to buy stuff, go pay through pay pal and save yourself some grief Permanent boycott of this bookstore and other USA booksellers like it.
