BackfireReviews of backfire.shop

I ordered one of the first batches. Delivery took a while but they were very quick to answer any questions or concerns. My hubby loves this lighter and his friends were very impressed with it too! The flame is awesome.

This was a great delivery and my bf loves the gift I got him the lighter car. it got here really fast and looked amzing I need helped figuring out hot to make it work I had to text him and he responded with fast and helpful answers every time I would recommend getting this for your friends great business!

I am so excited to gift the custom supra lighter to my partner for Christmas! I stumbled upon Backfire on Instagram and immediately had to purchase - my partner is a huge Fast & Furious fan, so I know he's going to love this. The customer service of Backfire is also amazing! When I received my lighter, the lighter button must have come loose during transit, so it wasn't working properly. I wrote in to Backfire and their customer service got back to me in less than 20 minutes! They apologized for the inconvenience of the lighter not working, and offered to replace it for me, BUT they also provided a personalized video with step-by-step instructions on a possible fix for the issue. I followed the video tutorial and was able to fix it myself. I so appreciated that they were willing to replace the lighter for me, but was even more blown away by them sending a video to me on how to fix it - it was extremely awesome to see they took the time to film that for me and send it. Now I know how to fix it if the mechanism ever comes loose again in the future! Definitely recommend Backfire, especially if you have a car lover in your life!

I can only rate the lighters as I don't use incense, but the one I got was really good quality and worked as shown. However, I did have a what I thought was a big issue where the handle to turn the lighter broke and I emailed the company about it not expecting much. Instead I got a quick response with a full video on what the issue might be and how to fix it if it is that, and it worked perfectly. The product is solid, but the customer service is what made me write this response. Good shop.

The lighter shipped fast and it’s really cool would recommend to car lovers.

Bought 3 lighters and they came well packaged and ready to go right out of the box. Design was on point, metal body feels sturdy, and the mechanism doesn't feel flimsy after extended use too. Highly recommended gift for anyone in your life who loves all things cars!

I’m really happy with my purchase, the packaging is amazing. You can really tell a lot of thought and care went into it. Once again, thank you so much.

I bought 2 lighters the design and everything is a 10/10 but the flame of one of the lighters broke so I contacted customer support and the service is perfect can’t ask more of a customer service then this!!! ( buy one it’s worth it )
