Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I purchased a size medium for myself and a large for my husband a couple weeks later. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the Active doesn't stay cool as it leads you to believe. We stayed cool in sub 50 degree weather in TN but in FL where it's usually quite warm both my son and I end up sweaty fairly quickly if its above 75 degrees and he gets fussy. Also the lack of colors. Only black was available the first time I looked into a making a purchase. I checked back a few times over the next few weeks hoping the other colors would be restocked but they never were. That's the biggest thing I'm disappointed with. I really didn't want black since I live in such a warm climate. But the product is great quality and easy to use. And I would and have recommended this product to anyone looking for a great wrap/sling style baby carrier.

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because i wish it had more support for their heads. but i seriously love this carrier. its absolutely great for newborn and very small babies. very easy to wear and is great and comfortable to wear all over the house. i wear it to the grocery store as well. its great when you have 2 kids!

Runs on the big side. It REALLY hurts my back to wear for more than 30 minutes and my baby is only 9 lbs right now. It doesn’t really free both hands as I still have to use one to keep the babies head supported but hoping that improves with time. Would still purchase as the good out weighs the bad and am planning to but one for my husband

I really liked this wrap! My son was premie and I found it held him so nicely.. the only downside I would say is with the sizing. Once he was about 6 months (14 lbs) he seemed to get very tight. Just wish it had an option to get larger as the baby grows.

I haven't used the carrier yet because I am still pregnant, but have tried it on with a doll and do have experience with lots of many different carriers that I used with my first child (mei tai, tula, moby wrap, woven wrap,..) And this seems very straight forward and easy. The fit seems perfect too even though initially I was a little worried because according to the website I had to order a XS, which I did, which seemed small to me, until I received it and realized that it does run big so the XS will be perfect, so definitely follow the website guidelines when it comes to sizing! one little downside but that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the company itself but something buyers outside of the US should be aware of. 2 weeks after receiving the package I got a bill from Fedex for import costs. There is no mention of this anywhere during the order process, so on top of the item price + international shipping I got billed 2 weeks later with "import costs" which were a whopping 40 euro (about 45 dollars), if I would have known that in advance I may have thought twice about ordering because now it ended up being quite expensive.. But I am very excited about getting started with this wrap because it seems so much easier than the moby which I used with my first baby! Just be aware, if you're ordering outside of the US that there may follow a fee later ..

The size calculator on the website told me the wrong size, which was frustrating. However, when I called, the customer service representative I spoke to was extremely helpful and assisted me in exchanging for the correct size for free. It was just a bit of an annoyance first waiting for the original to arrive, then getting myself together to ship it back for the exchange (with a newborn everything is harder!), and waiting for the new one. Looking forward to receiving the new one soon and finally being able to use it.

I LOVE The style and the minimal amount of material and work that goes into getting the wrap on. It’s hard to find a good fit and it takes some practice to find what works for you and your baby so that’s why I didn’t give it full of stars, but otherwise, I think it’s a great product! Also, The material is a little heavy which makes for a sweaty carry if wearing A long time,
