Disappointed
After a lot of research I decided to purchase a Baby K'tan carrier. Unfortunately, despite following the sizing guide and carefully following directions for how to wear the carrier I couldn't get it right. I reached out to customer service concerned that my carrier was too small and they sent more tips and tricks that did not work for me. After spending hours trying to make the carrier work I asked if I could exchange it for a larger size to see if it would help. They do not do exchanges, even if you follow their sizing guide and they themselves recommend the size you've purchased based on your weight and measurements. Customer service has me paying to ship it back and told me I can then order the next size up. I will not be ordering again due to how difficult it was to use, the sizing errors, and poor customer service. Edited to add: I understand being a small business, however the sizing chart should help ensure customers order the correct size the first time. If I ever ordered again I'd do it on Amazon to use free returns. I'm happily using a Konny carrier now after their customer service team helped me get the correct size.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration with having to pay return shipping. We are a small company and do not provide return labels, as stated on our website. Yes, you were sized to the S and recommended to schedule a Fit check with a K'tan Care specialist prior to sizing up as a too large carrier has the potential to be dangerous for baby. If you like, you can do that here: https://calendly.com/bkfitcheck
