EcwidReviews of babydiscountdeals.ecwid.com

This company is a complete SCAM. They offer items less than other companies half price, too good to be true. I should have listened to Too Good To Be True, because they are a SCAM Firm. I ordered a toddlers triangle multi climbing frame, they took the money, and when I went on to see the progress of the order it says the company has violated trading standards and to request for my money back. I have got on to Paypal about it, as I am sure the Ecwid will not reply so I have not bothered with them.

Ignoring emails. No items. No refund

Ordered and paid for a perfect prep machine on the 12th June. It has never arrived, checked back on the website for an update and it is closed for maintenance. Emailed them with no reply, have emailed again for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous, must be a scam.

SCAM Paid for a machine on the 28th June. Nothing. No replys to any communications. now they're using a different site to scam people. When anyone comments negatively on Facebook, they remove the comment and block the person. Terrible.

Product never arrived. Absolutely zero customer service. Not replies to messages. Fully expect this is a total sham website. Absolutely disgusting that people would take advantage of those trying to buy things for their baby!!!

I ordered a sterilizing set well over a month ago and it still yet has to be dispatched which the delivery time scale said it would be 2 weeks. The customer service are a joke I've had no reply to emails. There is no numbers to phone and now the website is closed for maintenance! If you ask me if say it was a scam! I've never had an experience like this before. Absolutely disgraceful.
