Customer service is amazing! I used the online feature to talk to someone and they responded immediately. All my questions were answered. They helped me pick the size needed based on my babies measurements. I needed to order a new jacket because the one that came with the outfit was too small. The process was seamless and painless. I had what I needed within a week, and that included the exchange. The quality is wonderful. I cannot wait for his baptism. Thank you!!
