I have worked on several Russian-language projects with Babel Audio for about six months. At this point, it has become my favorite platform for AI training side work, and I have tried quite a few. The interface is simple and intuitive, and I have never experienced any payment issues. The projects are genuinely engaging, ranging from conversational formats with other participants to transcription tasks. The variety keeps the work interesting. Like any annotation platform, there are challenges. There can be technical glitches, pauses between projects, and strict audio quality requirements that are sometimes difficult to meet even with a decent microphone. That said, the strengths stand out. The live chat creates a sense of community, and experienced participants actively help newcomers. The QAs (project leads) are exceptional: they explain everything clearly, provide support in both group and one-on-one sessions, respond quickly to questions, and genuinely make the projects feel engaging and enjoyable. I hope the platform continues to grow, expands its project base, and maintains the current level of support and professionalism.

I work for Russian language, and had both good and bad experiences, but every wrongdoing was explained. I worked for 4 projects so far and each time payments were on time, there were a lot of bonuses, and pay is much better than anything in my country.

Excellent opportunity to work on your own schedule and be paid to converse with others! Highly recommend them, just make sure you follow instructions.

I found Babel Audio through Reddit and gave it a try without really knowing what to expect, but the workflow was pretty easy to get into. The main issue for me at first was the audio side. I wasn’t always sure what was causing some calls to get “okay” or “bad” flags, even when they sounded fine to me. After a bit of back and forth, a QA reviewer explained what was being flagged and how to fix it, and that helped a lot. Once I adjusted my setup, my calls started getting good ratings consistently. There was definitely a learning curve, but it was worth the effort, and the pay has been very consistent every week.

A work environment that encourages talent, recognizes experience and compensates work fairly. The team spirit and the empathy are values that they are safeguarding meticulously, and the constant improvement and development of the workspace is admirable.

Babel is the best remote job I have had! Once I got my settings tuned in and great quality things were a breeze! Getting paid to talk about a topic I am interested in is a dream! I've done this gig since 2024!
