Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Tried to get a washer dryer from them. I had to confirm their delivery via phone/text and email... which I did. However, the install guy shows up, calls my phone and when I don't answer, takes a pic of the gate and leaves... he did not even riing the bell. When I call them back shortly thereafter to have the installer return, they would not do it, wanted to delay another week and the sales person "Mario" was nothing but rude and actually hung up the phone on me. Thankfully, another appliance company is picking up the slack and happily Aztec lost the sale! DO NOT GO HERE!
