I have purchased from Awry before. On my most recent purchase, I purchased multiple colors of the same briefs. One pair appeared to be incorrectly labeled based on size. I contacted Awry by email, they responded in under 4 hours, and I received my replacement pair in 48 hours. Their products are WONDERFUL! They feel and look wonderful…they make my old body look hot ;-)
