Ms. Word is efficient but also empathetic. Working with her has already made a positive impact on how I am performing and interacting with others at work. Ms. Word's knowledge and training in Emotional Intelligence provides clients with unparalleled experience, allowing them to grow and find different strategies to use in addressing all aspects of life. The tools she uses help guide you. It is all about what you would like to accomplish and gives you insight on some roadblocks that you may not even realize you have set up in your own life. Ms. Word is VERY effective at what she does and I would encourage anyone reading this review to reach out to her company! Cannot recommend A Word & Company highly enough!

I have consistently relied on A Word and Company for professional and personal guidance over the years. Aleasa is a global expert in Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Once I understood the power and efficacy of integrating EQ into my professional and personal ventures, all focus areas quickly improved with pragmatic approaches. Aleasa is an astute business professional who quickly connected with the nuances of my business ventures and situations. She was able to help me understand my projects or situations from a fresh view so I could explore time and cost-efficient solutions. My work with her has been invaluable, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking new solutions or stuck on a hamster wheel and getting nowhere. The combination of Aleasa's talents and skills combined with EQ is the difference!

I've hired Aleasa at A Word & Company for several projects, including working with non-profit organizations, startups, and tech companies. The goal of these projects was to help improve leaders' communication and interpersonal skills. Aleasa is incredibly attentive and picks up on subtle nuances others might miss. She tailors her approach to fit the unique needs of each project, providing practical advice that’s easy to implement. We've seen significant improvements in how our managers communicate and connect with their teams. If you need someone who listens closely and delivers results, I highly recommend Aleasa.
