Jeff Khurgel sounded knowldegeable about the uncommon details of immigration law. That being said, our conversation started unsmoothly as he got nervous at my short knowledge of legal terms. He did not read the information I have uploaded to Avvo prior to the call and started with a wrong assumption about my case. That maid him a little impatient during the first few minutes when I was trying to describe my case. However, that didn't affect the effectiveness of the call and I am very satisfied with his advice and depth of knowledge. He seemingly experienced similar cases with past clients that assured me he knew what he was talking about.

Got excellent advice 9 out of 10 times from Avvo

I did not get to speak with the actual attorney who I was supposed to talk to or paid to speak to. The person who called said she was a partner attorney. But she did answer the questions I had.

Responded right away, analyzed paperwork quickly and offered good honest advise on how to handle the situation at hand. Even referred us to another lawyer who he highly recommended.

Some attorneys I reached out to did not answer back.:( I was thankful a few answered my questions to help evaluate my next option most were very helpful with straight forward answers. Hired one from list on AVVO. Kind of expensive but best choice for the area.

The service was great, I just think the information I was given doesn't seem fair, even though that's how the system might work. The fact that I would only have a case if I was of different skin color or a different race just doesn't seem right.
