Very poorly made product. All edges unfinished. Sides don't match up. It took 25 days to get to me. Communication from customer service was pathetic. Tracking updates woefully inadequate.

The quality of the product I received was sub-par. None of the edges were hemmed. All I received was two pieces of fabric cut in the shape of a tank with the edges surged. I complained. They required a video of the product as well as pictures of the tank and the mailer it was sent. They said that may be all I needed to provide. I complied. They responded that the quality was not something they supported. After much back and forth they requested that I mail back the tank (at my expense) and they would refund my money. I told them I was not going to spend anymore money and I wanted them to refund my money. The responded, "We're sorry for the back and forth. Please return the item and we will refund your money!" I told them again I was not spending anymore money and they should look at the video and the pictures I sent and then refund my money. I'm still waiting for another response. Thus this evaluation. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY -- POOR QUALITY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I received and XL when I ordered a L; however, it is snug even though I'm a small person. The insert hole is so small for a prothesis and cannot be worn without one. I requested a return form on June 8, 2026, June 10, 2026 and again today June 12, 2026. Have not received a response. Wish I had reviewed these reviews before I ever ordered this product. Very disappointed in product and service

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star.I have been trying to return my items for weeks. Took forever and several emails and then a review to finally get a response. Then they wanted pictures and a video which I sent. Several days later and sending email again they are asking for more pictures front and back of each item! And, keep mentioning that I will have to pay for shipping. I am so done with this place. I will throw this cheap crap in the trash and lose my $70. Lesson learned. From now on, just order from Amazon, you don't have to deal with this shit! Very frustrated and unhappy with this company!!! Rip off!

I received my order on June 2, product was way too small, even though I ordered a larger size than I usually wear. I couldn't get the top over my head!! I emailed them the same day as soon as I received them. I have since emailed them twice to get a response. First response was automated that my request for refund had been sent. I spent over $75, and I want a refund. Zero response from this company. And I have checked my spam-nothing!! Very upset. I am a mastectomy patient and a senior citizen on limited income. Do not order from this company!! Tops are not sized properly. I normally wear a small in everything and even the XL would not go over my head! Totally upset!!

I wrote a review earlier about a purchase from this company and my attempt to do a return. This is my update. As of June 10th, I still have not received a credit to my account. My returned was approved, I shipped the order back two weeks ago and they received it on June 2. Just a FYI, I had to pay $17 to ship the wrong product back to the company! After my last review on this site, I received a very nice email from a representative of the company saying that she will expedite my return. Words without action are meaningless! Buyer beware!

Items not as described: incorrect sizing, prosthesis pockets too small, and material is not the advertised 100% cotton. I contacted the merchant twice regarding a return, including through their website contact form, and received no response.

I’m Horrible!! I bought a three pack of the tank with the built-in bra. Contrary to what they advertise, they neither hold in or hold up!! Just a cheaply made (but not cheap to buy) knockoff of Shapermint. I contacted them right away with my complaint. At first it seemed they were interested in working something out. So I jumped through the hoops of providing them with pictures and videos. I guess they were betting on the fact that I wouldn’t follow through and now they are ghosting me!! I tried to visit the website and, surprise surprise, it’s not working. Theyve probably changed the name of the company and moved on and now I’m stuck with a HORRIBLE product and they have my money. ADDENDUM 1: they indicate that they emailed me with return information and insinuated that I hadn’t received it. I received it today, making reference to my review. So here’s what happens next. I have to return everything at my expense. When received, the return must be “approved”. If not approved, I must pay to have the items returned to me. If I do t pay, they will have my money AND the items to resell to the next victim. Once this is over, I’ll have thrown good money after bad, but I will do it on principle.
