I have been waiting since June 19, 2026 for my order to arrive. Since I did not purchase their insurance, they told me if I gave them a 5 star review, they would track down my order. I told them I could not do that until I received the merchandise. They did track the order and it was left at an incorrect address. I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. Again. I contacted support and they sent me everything I needed to return the order for the correct size, postage prepaid, which I did. I am still waiting for my PAID order. After contacting customer service again today including all of the original email information and asking where my order was, they emailed me back using the wrong name and asked for more information which was already included in the email string. Today is September 28, 2026 and this point, I’m giving up. I’m sure I will never see my order or a refund. I urge buyers to beware of ordering anything from this company. They have no idea what they are doing. My patience has run dry!

I recently finally received these Tank tops with built-in bras. They sent it to the wrong address, even though I put in my correct address on their site. They were showing an address I had moved from a year ago. I don't even know how they got that address. I only wanted to try one, but their "not user friendly" website just didn't make ordering clear, and I couldn't find a place to change the order. so they sent me three instead of just one.When I finally got them...VERY disappointed! It gaped around the shoulders, the "bra" was a ridiculous shape and very thick. It looked weird and very unatural. The cup was too small even though I ordered Large. How can sell a bra with just small, medium, large, xtra large. but NO cup sizes. That just doesn't work! Everyone is shaped differently so cup sizes are important. These tank top/bras are obviously for small breasted women. But even then, the shape is very weird. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE AS ALL. DON'T BUY!!!

I have had three separate orders arrive with the wrong size tanks. I email customer support and they seem helpful, but continue to send me sizes that I did not order and then want me to pay to return them. Since when do I pay shipping for something they sent me that was not what I ordered? I actually love the one tank I have (correct size). Comfortable. But they are making me crazy. Really unhappy with Avouria.

I have never in my life had to jump through so many hoops to prove I have the item and that it was wrong!! Avouria they made me take pictures of the packaging, the item front and back and inside and then they wanted me to video it as well. I ordered the tank to put my prosthetic inside (I am a cancer survivor with only 1 breast now) they sent me an item I can’t use. They stated I was not going to have to pay to return it. And never did. Not pleased at all!!

The tanks are made of extremely flimsy material that crawls up your torso with the slightest movement. The edges of the material are not finished. Honestly, the craftsmanship looks like an old high school home eq project. The sizing is also incorrect, running small. The breast inserts are squash and have no structural integrity. Trying to return the product is impossible. They require photos of the product - which were submitted. Then additional verification of the condition. Once that was sent, I was then informed I had to pay for the return shipping to a location across the country, despite the company headquarters being a few miles from my home. Despite it all they repeatedly requested I provide them a 5 star review if I wanted continued assistance

It rode up so that it fit more like a tube top. Did not like at all.
