Aviano AgencyReviews of avianoagency.com

I’m writing this to warn others from making the same mistake I did. This agency is a complete scam. At first, they try to appear professional and helpful, giving you a little bit of service just to earn your trust. Once you feel comfortable, they start asking for more money, promising “better results” or “priority service” and as soon as you pay, everything stops. They don’t deliver what they promise, they ignore your messages when you ask for updates, and if you try to call them out, they even start provoking you with rude and manipulative replies. It’s all part of their tactic to exhaust you so you eventually give up. I’v e lost both money and time dealing with them, and I want to make sure no one else falls for the same trick. If you value your time, money, and nerves, stay far away from this agency. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and operate with zero integrity.

After leaving a review of their undelivered service, now they even disabled Instagram account so I can't reach out. None of email addresses given under review response actually work. There's is no intention in resolving issuea from their side, they just block people that talk.

They took money from me, gave me 1000 fake followers that keep bouncing every day thus ipacting my profile negatively and then vanished. Instagram chat not working, account on Instagram disabled and email also bounced back.

A big SCAM!!!! Run from this company! I’ve paid them for a service and they have never responded to my messages. It’s been 4 days that I paid and never got any answer back and they have not delivered what they promised. I see they have different profiles on Instagram, so assume they create a new one every time. They also don’t allow comments on their account, so REAL consumers cannot leave feedback. I definitely do NOT recommend them. Run from them.

I joined Aviano with the expectation of professional support, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since August, my account has had a severe and ongoing follower drop. I’ve contacted their team many times and the replies are always the same: “you’re in the queue,” “we’ve escalated this every 6 hours,” or vague apologies. Yet, after over two months, nothing has been resolved and my follower count keeps dropping. This issue has directly affected my growth and collaborations with brands. Even escalating to the founder brought no clear action or explanation. The service has not delivered what was promised, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this company.

DO NOT USE! It’s a complete scam. Take your money and don’t keep their promies

This company is a complete scam. I waited over 30 days for a simple refill that was never delivered. All I got were copy-and-paste responses telling me to “be patient” with no dates, no follow-through, and no accountability. This isn’t a one-time mistake either — it happened to me twice. They string you along, never fulfill their promises, and then stop responding. Everything you read on Trustpilot about their empty excuses is true. Do not waste your money here. They will take your payment, give you generic responses, and never deliver.

Scam company, don’t go anywhere near these people. Lost all followers within the first week. Can never speak to someone and when I asked for my money back they ignore you. Don’t waste your money people
