This device caused dental pain
This device caused dental pain, displacement of my jaw and consequent grinding of teeth. I reached out to customer service, was informed there was a "ticket", no reply from the company, and no way to log in to my "ticket" regarding the experience. I followed the instructions to a "t", leaving plenty of acclimatizing days before trying to use it all night. The first night I had pain in the roots of my front teeth, I believed that it might be part of the process outlined in the instructions. After using it for 3 nights I developed headaches, tooth pain, and then after stopping using the device starting having something I had never had previously, nighttime grinding of my teeth due to the displacement of my jaw this device caused. I needed cranio-sachral adjustment of my jaw as a result, plus some minor dental work and still don't feel like I have recovered. All I asked for was my money back, yet no reply.
