SPAMMERS/SCAMMERS ALERT
SPAMMERS/SCAMMERS ALERT. These guys are calling from Pakistan. They lie and tell you they are calling from their office in Frisco Texas. The address they have associated to their business shows up as Staples (3333 Preston Road STE 300, 75034, Frisco, TX, United States) by Best Buy and Target in Frisco. So the business address is obviously completely fake. You can hear other scammers in the background on the phone. I asked questions about Frisco TX (what is the nearest mall, your favorite restaurant in the area, closest hwy etc.) and all they could say was we are on Preston Rd and pretend they couldn't understand my questions. While everything else I said during the phone call they understood perfectly fine. Anyways these guys are trying to scam you. Edit: Ok! I'll remove my review after I visit your office in Frisco and speak with you in person. How about that? Edit: Can you explain why your business office is a Staples? 🤔 Edit: Your exact business address is a Staples. Suite number and everything. Literally exactly the address to Staples. Stood outside the building and verified myself. They have never heard of your business there. You can stop lying now and face it. You're scam is not going to work and my review will remain posted. Tired of scammers like you taking advantage of honest business owners in America that don't know any better and fall for your tricks. Edit: I literally visited your business address. It's a Staples...no speculation whatsoever. It doesn't get more evident than me going to your business address and first hand verifying that your business is in fact not there (again it's a Staples) and that it's all a lie. Anyone can go and verify exactly what I just verified in person. It's hilarious you are still trying to lie about it but that mirrors exactly how you were lying on the phone about everything. At this point the more you say the more you are just validating my experience with you and the scam you're trying to run.

Hi Frank, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, your review contains several false and defamatory claims. At no point do we claim that we are not based in Pakistan. In fact, our website clearly states that our back office operates from Pakistan, while our main office is located in Frisco, Texas. We have always been transparent about this. Regarding our Frisco office, you can easily verify our business address through Google or by searching Avento Solutions LLC in the official Texas business registry. The information is publicly available. As for your comments about our phone conversation, not knowing the answer to every local question does not make a business fraudulent. We serve clients globally, and our team members are focused on providing professional services—not acting as local tour guides. We respectfully ask that you remove or update your review to reflect factual information rather than assumptions. Honest feedback is always welcome, but false accusations that damage a business’s reputation are not. Thank you. Edit: You’re welcome to visit our Frisco office during business hours. We’d be happy to meet with you in person. Edit: Our office is located in a commercial building with multiple businesses. If you’re referring to the Staples nearby, you’ve likely mistaken the location. You’re welcome to verify our registered address through the Texas business registry or visit us in person. Edit: Repeating the same accusation doesn’t make it true. If you genuinely visited our office, you’re welcome to come back during business hours and ask for Avento Solutions LLC instead of making assumptions based on what you believe you saw. We’ve already explained that our back office is in Pakistan and our main office is in Frisco, Texas. Those facts are publicly verifiable. At this point, your review appears to be based on speculation rather than evidence. If you have genuine concerns, visit us in person and discuss them directly. Otherwise, continuing to post false and defamatory statements says far more about your credibility than ours.
