Very poor bracelet quality
Very poor bracelet quality. One night the bracelet broke in half. Very expensive and the quality is terrible!!!!!!! Don't buy!!!

Keine Kaufempfehlung
Keine Kaufempfehlung. Ich versuche seit Wochen eine Antwort wegen einer defekten Uhr zu erhalten. Es wird nicht geantwortet, auch fehlt die Firmenadresse (Impressum) auf der Homepage. Die ersten 3 Monate funktioniert die Uhr ganz gut, dann lässt die Qualität stark nach, das Gehäuse ist gerissen, die Verbindung mit dem Handy funktioniert nicht mehr, für einen längeren Gebrauch absolut unbrauchbar.

Bitte nicht kaufen!!!!! Es ist super teuer und am Ende ging die Uhr knapp 6 Monate. Der Akku ist ein Witz. Mein Exemplar muss teilweise den ganzen Tag aufladen, sonst bekomme ich schon die Meldung, dass die Daten nicht aufgezeichnet werden konnten, da Akku leer. Und nun geht wohl auch der Sensor nicht mehr. Nach jeder Nacht die Meldung die Daten wurden nicht aufgezeichnet. Und die Uhr sitzt super eng. Wenn man wenig Zeit hat und die Nerven schon angespannt, ist das eine mittlere Katastrophe. Dann kann ja die fruchtbare Zeit nicht mehr richtig angezeigt werden. Mail an Kundenservice: keine Antwort seit Tagen. Frechheit!! Meine Empfehlung... wenn man sowas nutzen möchte ist ClearBlue oder wirklich selbst mit einer App überwachen. Super teuer die ClearBlue Stäbchen, aber da muss ich mich nicht auf einen Akku verlassen und einen Kundenservice, der sich nicht meldet. Maßlos enttäuscht für diesen hohen Preis!! Info geht auch an meinen Frauenarzt, der das Teil empfiehlt.

I ordered a new bracelet
I ordered a new bracelet , it didn’t work. Contacted customer service, took almost 2 weeks to hear back. Was offered many different labor intensive steps to make my braclet work. Failed attempts, finally sent another. Same issues with the braclet, did not function from day one. I noticed both were manufactured in 2021. Finally got a third bracelet and it worked, interestingly was manufactured in 2022 this time. Customer service has been horrible in response times and their acceptability for a poorly working device is not right.

Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice
Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Habe das Armband bekommen, die Registrierung funktioniert nicht. Die email zur Registrierung kommt garnicht. Auf das Kontaktformular erhält man tagelang keine Antwort trotz dass es heißt innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Nochmal eine email, immer noch keine Antwort. Nirgendwo findet man eine weitere Emailadresse, Hilfe oder eine Telefonnummer zum Kundenservice. Jetzt habe ich ein Armband mit dem ich mich nicht registrieren kann und erfahre keine Hilfe über ava. So einen schlecht erreichbaren Kundenservice hatte ich noch nie! Das Produkt kann ich daher garnicht bewerten.
