Ich finde das AVA Armband einfach toll. Ich kann es jeder Frau empfehlen, die gezielt schwanger werden möchte und deren Zyklus immer um ein paar Tage schwankt, so wie bei mir. So muss der Zeitpunkt des Eisprungs nicht geschätzt werden, sondern wird einem ganz easy angezeigt. Bei mir hat er sich schon zweimal um ein, zwei Tage nach hinten verschoben, das hätte ich ohne das Armband und die Berechnungen nicht gewusst. So konnten wir dann nochmal probieren um unsere Chancen zu erhöhen ;-) und nun halte ich gerade meinen positiven Schwangerschaftstest in der Hand! :-) :-) :-)

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Erkennt die fruchtbare Tage sehr genau. Der Eisprung berechnet das Ava super. Ich bin schon zum zweiten Mal mit dem Ava schwanger geworden.

I have read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler which helped me better interpret the data I got from Ava. Even though the algorithm wasn’t always correct with my fertile days, the data I got from it was extremely helpful! I was able to use what I learned from TCOYF and apply it using the Ava Bracelet. I recommend Ava to any and all women TTC, if for no other reason than to track your temp without having to manually take it every morning.
