Garbage Tracker with many flaws and issues
I ordered my Ava tracker since 3/12. I've been having issues since. I had many email exchanges, the wait time for a customer service to get back to you is 3-4 days. There's no number that you could call to get help, only by email. They should have an online chat to help customers. The service is terrible. When they do respond, they basically copied and pasted everything from their website. Never really answer any questions or concerns. Then you would have to wait another 3-4 days for them to get back to you with same useless unhelpful answers. They can't explain the function of their own product in details. They wont' be able to tell you why but keep insisting as long as the watch detected 3 hours of sleep then it will work... but my actual sleep time is 6 hours, so how believable is that? of 6 hours, they only detect 3 hours and they would just tell me that's enough to get the reading. They cannot explain why it does that, just repeatedly tell me the same BS. It's like I'm talking to a wall. I've asked them why is my Fitbit tracker and Ava tracker is so different. I on purpose wear my Fitbit at night, like I'd with the ava tracker, and the numbers are off. Not to mention I also used another sleeping device to track my resting heart rate and this would match my Fitbit while Ava is totally different. Let me mention that they all wear on my wrist. It appears that Ava really off. I understand the skin temperature is different than the temperature taking by the mouth, but if my internal temperature spike, you would think my skin temperature should simultaneously do the same thing and spike at the same time, but no it doesn't. It didn't have any change for a week or two, not until when my internal body temperature drop is when my skin temperature goes up. My Fitbit tells me I slept 7 hours, the ava tracker will tell me i only slep 4-5 hours. Tell me how off that is? It's really garbage! Here's another thing that frustrates me, I was messing around with the app functions - like everyone else who gets a new toy that comes w/ an app... I was switching from "tracking period" to 'trying to conceive' to 'i am pregnant', while I was changing it, it CLEARLY said "you could change back anytime", YEA, you could totally change back but they failed to tell you that they will mark you as miscarriage or loss otherwise they won't allow you to change back. So now my app thinks i was pregnant and i had a loss/miscarriage. So all of that info wont be accurate. So I just found out you could delete the pregnancy/miscarriage log, but after doing so the chart won't be back to normal as before. It doesn't even show when I'd ovulate until next month. So now I'd have to track another month or two before it'll be 'normal'again. So much for curiosity of how each function work in the app. This app have so many flaws, just like the bracelet tracker itself.. its all full of flaws and issues. It's not worth $300 for this garbage. If you are considering to get this, like I was , which was a terrible mistake. I've watched youtube video reviews and read on their site. I told myself why not, they have a great idea and all, but it's not worth the money. DO NOT BUY THIS! If you have the extra money, yea buy this garbage gadget. I was skeptical and now this proves it. I also have all the thing that i documented and emails exchange to prove this is a real piece a garbage. Don't be a fool like me to buy this garbage! They have a great idea, but it doesn't execute like it said it would. Until they correct this, it is still a piece a junk. I would not recommend this at all!
