This is nothing more than a glorified BBT Thermometer and I’m so disappointed I wasted my money. First things first, I ordered it on the 4th July and received it the following week however it was faulty so I then had to go though another week of back & forth via email (you cannot contact them via phone which is very poor considering the price of the product) I requested a refund however they said this wasn’t possible and they only did replacements however in the manual received it does say they provide refunds for faulty products?! Anyway another week passed and finally received the bracelet but I was now well into my cycle (CD20 +) so felt pretty pointless using it but thought would give it a go and get used to it. The app is completely abysmal to be honest, whilst it provides measurements such as Breathing Rate, HRV , Temperature etc it offers no insights to what any of it means and with HRV it says that it varies from person to person so there isn’t even a benchmark of what it should be which I feel makes it completely pointless. Personally I find the Fitbit Charge I already have to be a far more accurate way of tracking everything but BBT and the Fitbit app also offers insights into your measurements which is what I thought AVA would provide for the price. The real proof in the pudding so to speak is that by the time I received my Bracelet after all the time wasting I had actually already conceived early in the month simply by looking at data and predictions on my Fitbit! So a happy ending for me but absolutely nothing to do with Ava and I wouldn’t recommend wasting £250 + £10 delivery on this terrible product.

Don't waste your money. I've only had an Ava bracelet for 2 months and I've had to contact support twice already. Once when it failed to sync for 3 days in a row and once when it stopped charging and working completely. It's now been 2 weeks since it broke and I still don't have a replacement or a refund. In fact, they refuse to issue refinds point-blank, even if it's broken. I've spent £250 on a product that I've only been able to use for about 7 weeks in total. You also can't manually change your ovulation date if it logs it incorrectly (which it will). So all your future cycle predictions from the 1st incorrect ovulation date will be wrong.

A woeful company, with appalling to non existant customer service. Purchased over a week ago, arrived and has never worked from day 1. Wont even sync with any device ive tried, and ive tried 3 phones and an ipad. Customer services are commically useless, asking pointless stalling questions with no clue how to solve the problem. They 'promise' to answer in 24hrs but rarely ever do. The watch is awful and looks like something you might win at a fair, doesnt even come with a charger for it! It really is embarassing for a £250 watch. If i could try this useless piece of cheap tat i doubt it would work anyway. Im currently in the process of using my bank to recover the money i paid for this item using section 75 of the consumer credit act for the supply of faulty goods. If your desperate and feel you absolutely have to take a chance on this rubbish, i would strongly suggest you at least use a credit card to buy it so that your card company is jointly liable when it all goes wrong. Because it probably will..

The Ava bracelet is wonderful as long as it's working but if you have to contact support it's very difficult to get help. There's no number to call so you have to rely completely on email. I don't know how many tickets that I've sent in that I've been ignored. Very difficult to get help I'm support. I would have given the Ava five stars if not for that.

Ich nutze AVA seit 7 Monaten und in keinem Zyklus wurde der Eisprung weder korrekt angezeigt noch korrigiert. Der angebliche Algorithmus mit künstlicher Intelligenz ist ein gelungenes Marketing, aber im Echtbetrieb ist davon nichts spürbar. Ab den ersten Zyklen habe ich parallel Ovutest gemacht und im letzten Zyklus war ich zur Routineuntersuchung bei meiner Frauenärztin, in allen Fällen lag mein Eisprung nach dem durch AVA ermittelten Zeitfenster und AVA war über sieben Monate hinweg nicht intelligent genug, um das mit Hilfe des Algorithmus zu erkennen? Fazit: teurer Marketingspass, besser bei bewährten, wenn auch umständlichen Methoden bleiben!
