This has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I’ve worn this thing for 7 months. Within 2, the bands that hold the bracelet on broke and fell off. I know I’m asleep. Yet, Ava tells me I’ve slept 2 hours when I’m fact it’s been 7. I’ve tried contacting them NUMEROUS times with zero response. I’m actually devastated- not only because I’m not pregnant, but because of how much I spent on something that was supposed to help. I finally destroyed the bracelet this morning after the last straw. I slept 7 hours only to wake up to see 2 hours logged. I know how to wear it. It’s not slipping off. This product gave me such a false hope and it’s extremely upsetting. The least Ava could have done is reply to all of the tickets I had opened prior to this “last straw” moment. I hope they make it right.

Dear Michelle first of all we'd like to thank you for your very honest feedback - it's truly appreciated. We are sorry to hear you didn't like your experience with the Ava bracelet. Please do not hesitate to send us further details regarding your experience to [email protected] - we will definitely consider your feedback for future developments of our product. Please do know, that sleep is based on movement detection. During deep sleep the body is at rest and moves very little, while during REM and normal sleep your body typically moves more. This also means that sleeping in a bed with your partner or children can influence your sleep detection. Warm regards, the Ava team.

While the Ava bracelet provides useful information it has not helped with trying to conceive. I have worn the bracelet for 10 cycles with no success. The hardware on the bracelet is flimsy and the whole device is falling apart. Save your $$!!

The bracelet was horrible about predicting ovulation. I still had to use opks because avas predictions were inaccurate. Thankfully learning to read the charts took the headache out of the predictions.

So I am a twenty six year old man who dates a thirty seven year old woman. Before this watch came into our lives our sex life was good, did it a couple times a week, kept pushing for a kid the old fashioned way, no problem. As soon as this watch went on her wrist, this robotic chastity belt practically ended my sex life. The only time she wants to do anything with me is during her “ High Fertility Period. “ Like I’m some living sex toy/sperm donor combo. The rest of the time? I might as well just forget sex is an actual thing, and god forbid I miss that period where she wants to. Girls, I’m happy for you and glad you want to have kids, but please for the love of god don’t forget us men. Also for any guys reading this, throw this watch away immediately.

Dear Anthony This might very well be our first review from a man! We would never advocate only having sex during the fertile window. In fact it’s the opposite. If you’re trying to conceive, having sex during the fertile window is still the one and only way to do it, but we also encourage couples to enjoy a healthy sex life all cycle long. There’s just no scientific reason not to! Many women tell us that knowing definitively when they’re fertile actually eliminates performance anxiety the rest of the month, allowing both partners to enjoy non-conceptive sex more. Warmly, the Ava team

The bracelet is cheaply made so the band holders broke within a month. For as expensive as this is, that was disappointing. Plus, I have read in many reviews that this is rather common. Secondly, the predictions have been WAY off. The past couple months it predicted my menstrual cycle a week early- I use 2 other apps that I only enter start and end dates in and they both were right on all months Ava was way off. In general, I am disappointed with this and wish I didn't spend the money on it.

This product has been defective from day 1 ! Mine has never worked properly. Has been replaced once because of random vibrating and now is lighting up and vibrating AGAIN. Amazon no longer sells these so I can’t even get it replaced even though the issue is Due to an error on Avas end. We were not sent an email or anything saying that their firmware update could cause issues. Here is part of the email they sent me in response to my Ava not working: “After reviewed we noted you got data N/A on Feb. 22 because of an issue related to the new Firmware released. And the random vibrations and pink light you experienced during the night are also a result of the same.” So basically it’s their fault it’s not working and I can’t do anything about it OR get it replaced or refunded though amazon. What a waste of sooooo much money.

Not very accurate and makes up data. It never properly predicted the start of my next cycle or my ovulations. (I had the textbook 28 day cycle and it still couldn't figure it out). I continued to use it even after I was pregnant and it still continued to report ovulation days recognized by biphasic signal patterns. Don't waste your money on an expensive sleep bracelet that reports false information.
