Still needs a bit of work...
For the price, I was expecting more...The Ava has helped me track, but it was off with when I really ovulated. Overall, I'm glad I bought it, but I wish for the price it was more accurate.

The Ava bracelet is useful however it is expensive. Opk’s gave me a more accurate ovulation date. The Facebook support groups are good but I’m sure there are similar groups out there without buying the product.

Schade!

Armband hat mir nicht geholfen. Wenn Frau gesund ist, ist dies überflüssig.

It takes my temperature just fine, but the algorithm was terrible at guessing my ovulation days. I just put them into another app and did it that way. If I was going to do it again, I might try tempdrop instead.

The bracelet basically told me I'm infertile so I wish I'd saved my money and just gone to my OB first.

Ava Bracelet was fun for a little while when I wanted to feel like I had control over the TTC process. However, there comes a point where you've been trying longer than any amount of tracking and data gathering can help. If you're already at the point where you are looking for professional fertility help, then the bracelet, the tracking, the acronyms, the positive outlook of the apps and the articles feels juvenile and cute in comparison to the cold, hard scientific power of fertility treatments. At a certain point the bracelet was just a cruel reminder of the innocent hope I once had. Putting it on became a chore, and I learned to hate waking up everyday where my first thought was a reminder of my body's failure as I waited for the bracelet to sync with the app. Eventually, I stopped using it and felt happier to not be burdened with it any longer. In the end, I was successful without help from this technology. I would recommend this for someone who has been trying for more than 6 months but less than a year if you think it will make you feel like you have some control. After the 1 year mark, see a professional and let them advise you on what you need to be tracking or not. Otherwise, save your money.
