I wouldn't recommend for those we are struggling to get pregnant. Almost every month it would recalculate both when I was ovulating and the start of my cycle. For those who are interested in more data and may not need additional medical intervention, it could be helpful. But honestly it's not worth the cost. Simple to wear once you got into a pattern, but do not think it gave any more information than a typical cycle tracker.

After 2 years of religious use (never skipped a day) it did not work. We contacted about their money back guarantee they would not back it up. BAD service and support!

Garbage product and customer service. The band they use is crap and breaks often. Ava customer service only offers a small discount to buy a new one. Don’t waste your money Ava doesn’t care about their customer and sells a crappy product.

I have had issue after issue with the cheap band that Ava used for their product and refuses to fix. The band is huge and I have to wear it on the tightest notch. After normal use, the band broke off at the notch making it completely useless. I had previously reported problems with the little loops that hold the extra band in place breaking. Both times I asked for help customer service only reported that it was “unexpected”. So if you plan on purchasing Ava, you can expect a cheap product and poor customer support. No thanks!

Waste of money My time and money was much better spent at the fertility clinic. Who actually helped me get pregnant, this device was expensive and worthless. It barely even worked when I did wear it. Just completely disappointed in it. They have celebrities endorse it who have no actual struggle getting pregnant.

I have been wearing Ava for 3 months now, the predictions are completely off. I was prescribed fertility meds to help my ovulation be regular and by doctors request I’ve continued using testing strips to test my LH. Well Ava you have been wrong...I have positive tests on cycle day 12 (ovulation day 13) and miss Ava tells me I don’t ovulate til cycle day 16-17 then tells me my patterns are not conclusive. My temp/heart rate/breathing rates have all gone up and still she’s telling me my pattern is not conclusive. I was excited when I purchased this bracelet but it’s a complete let down. I will not recommend Ava to my TTC family.
