This is a pure rip-off! A lot of money for nothing! Bad product and very bad customer service! You can buy a cheap watch, tracking your sleep etc much better and reliable than this watch. The watch shows you straight away your fertiliy window once you start the cycle. Every single fertility app can do this without tracking anything. That means, unlike the compan promises, all the measures taken are not predicting your fertility but your entry of your first cycle day does! I am wearing the watch the whole night and it records 9h sleep while I was 3h awake. It almost has the same light vs deep sleep %, it doesn’t matter how your night went. In addition, apparently it measures your stress level which is not changing much independently how you sleep too. A night where I am a couple of hours awake and feel stressed thinking a lot, the measures cannot be better than nights where I slept well. This is a very cheap product. The braclet is pure plastic and breaks easily. All night long the sensors are lighting up in green which is disturbing. I contacted the customer service and asked for returning the product and the customer service was very bad and does not even apply the legal rules. In the EU you should be able to return the item within 14 days after delivery date, even without a reason. And the company denied. What can you do as a customer? Do not buy! Ovaluation stripes or simple fertility apps are much more reliable

Qualität des Armbandes leider nicht gut. Ist nach nicht mal 1 Jahr tragen gerissen. Der Kundenservice war leider auch alles andere als hilfsbereit.

Did not show an entire month of data I know I recorded. once I changed to the pregnancy, I tried to get my cycle report to help calculate EDD and it was missing the most recent month which is kind of important. Now I MC at 5w and imagine my surprise when I flip back and all the history was there. Thanks Ava....

Not happy with it and quality of the wristband quiet bad!

Greedy company with cheap bands from China that constantly break. My FitBit app can predict when my period will start better than this overpriced device. Also it calculates my ovulation day a few days late. I have had to replace loops etc. throughout. Customer Service is nice but their lame warranty is ridiculous. They don't have a long term vision. It is a short term customer base they are looking for. They want your $ and then bye bye. Next sucker please step up. Overall, I do not recommend this. After the 1 year warranty is over, they don’t want to know you and you are SOL. If you want to buy a new one each year, then Ava is for you. It is not a long term solution. I purchased the first model and it was great at the beginning but the loops would break off and I had the circular piece fall off on the back so it was unusable. Customer Service was responsive and sent me new loops and a new Ava which I appreciated. A few months later, I encountered more issues with the loops breaking off which was annoying. This happened a few more times. I then received an e-mail notifying me of the upgraded Ava, a new version, which had a buzzing feature for an alarm which I thought was great, so I ordered it. I felt that the older model was more comfortable but I liked that the newer model had more features. Sure enough the loop issue started happening with the new model as well. They sent me some new ones. Recently the buckle area of the band broke off and I cannot wear the bracelet at all. I was very disappointed especially since I am very careful with things, I am not rough with anything. I contacted customer support and was told I was outside of the warranty period and their solution was for me to order a new one. Really!?!?! So I can have a third Ava. I guess I can start collecting them 😉. What a ridiculous remedy!!! They are putting a manufacturer's defect onto the customer. Cheap bands with constant issues are the consumer’s problem and not the manufacturer’s problem??? I asked if I could purchase a new band and was told no, that I would have to purchase an entire new Ava. I then asked if I could use the first older version that I purchased and still had and the customer service representative said that is a great idea so I charged the older one and wore it for the night and when I went to plug it in and sync, it said that it was locked. I contacted customer service yet again and was then told since I upgraded, it would not be possible to unlock the old one since it has been deactivated…really!?!? Absolutely ridiculous. The only remedy is to buy a third Ava. What a joke! If I could go back in time, I would have NEVER purchased Ava. I would have purchased the Clearblue Easy digital system and purchased an Apple Watch or a Fitbit for sleep tracking, alarm etc. Ladies, don’t buy Ava and go with my recommendation so that you don’t have to experience these headaches. Both of my Ava’s are going in the trash!!!

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I should have done a little more reading before I purchased. Stick to your thermometer and OPK test. There is no reason to spend $300 for a bracelet to tell you the same things.

Let me begin by saying I am finally pregnant 7 months after buying Ava. However, Ava did not help me get pregnant. Ava always had me ovulating on day 19 or 20. After 5 months of no success I decided to purchase the $40 digital OPKs by Clearblue which indicated I was ovulating between days 15 and 16. Had sex both of those days and then bam. Pregnant. Ava was a waste of money and annoying to wear every night. Don’t waste your money. Go buy some name brand OPKS.
