I purchased the Ava bracelet when I was out of options for becoming pregnant. We had previously used two different infertility specialists, who diagnosed us with unexplained infertility. We had numerous rounds of IUI that were never successful. We went through 4 rounds of IVF resulting in two babies. Our fourth round of IVF left us with one frozen embryo to use later. After much debate, we moved forward with our final frozen embryo in Feb 2021, which resulted in a positive pregnancy test. However, the excitement was temporary, as our first 6 week ultrasound did not have good news. The heartbeat was not yet visible. We waited one more week and we were able to hear the heartbeat, but the embryo was measuring 6 days behind. Our doctor gave us hope, but said the pregnancy could realistically go either way at this point. By the following week (April), we received the dreaded news that the heartbeat was no longer there and we had miscarried. We were devastated. After being undecided if we wanted a third child, but then getting pregnant and losing the baby, we were certain we wanted a third child, but did not want to go through IVF again. The stress, time, pain, and cost of infertility treatments was just too much to bear again. I began looking for other options. We had always been diagnosed with "unexplained" infertility, so I never gave up hope it could happen naturally for us, even though it was a long shot. I came across the Ava tracker and thought "why not"? The bracelet and app made tracking my cycle very easy and I was always anxious to sync in the morning to see what my body was doing. I started using Ava immediately after my miscarriage, so I didn't expect my body to be ready to conceive quickly. Months 1 and 2 went by without success, but month 3 resulted in a positive pregnancy test! I was in shock. After years of trying to conceive without intervention and years of trying with an infertility specialist, we had never received a positive test aside from IVF. I credit Ava (and letrozole) with a quick positive pregnancy, when I didn't think it was possible. I highly recommend Ava!

Endlich konnte ich dank AVA mehr über die Tage um meines Eisprunges erfahren. Da stellte sich heraus, dass ich meinen Eisprung erst am 17. Tag habe. Als ich dies wusste, bin ich schwanger geworden, da wir besser planen konnten.
